Dunmore Property Management looks after rental properties for landlords across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty. The company is privately owned and built around one idea: property managers with the time and the systems to do the job properly.
Why I started Dunmore
I have spent most of my working life in property. I led a real estate sales team in Carinthia, Austria, ran a real estate company, and directed a property development company. I trained in building construction at a technical college, and I own rental property myself.
From both sides of the table I saw the same pattern. Property management firms grow by adding properties, not by looking after them. Managers carry more properties than they can know, they move on, and the landlord starts again with someone new.
Dunmore is built the other way round. A Dunmore property manager carries a portfolio they can manage properly, has the systems to do it, and stays with the properties they look after. We grow by doing the work well, and we would rather turn work away than stretch it.
That is the standard I hold the company to, and it is why my name sits at the bottom of this page.

Each property has one property manager from the appraisal to the end of the tenancy, with a named backup for leave.

Every portfolio is sized so each property gets proper attention. We turn work away before we stretch it.
Your money is never our money
Rent is held in a separate client account on trust, reconciled daily and never mixed with company funds.
